According to your semen analysis result you have sperm count of 42.5 million, which is normal. As per motility of sperms, 30% of sperms were progressive motile, 40% were sluggish motile & 30% of sperms were non motile. Altogethar motility is also low. As per morphology only 40% of sperms were of normal shape & rest were of abnormal shape. There is also presence of 8-10 Pus cells or WBCs which is indicative of slight genital tract infection So all together your semen analysis shows that you are suffering with Asthenospermia (Low sperm motility) along with increased number of sperms with abnormal shape. There is also presence of Pus cells or WBCs which is known to decrease fertility. These both findings should be the reason of infertility problem you are facing
